I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years' experience supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, trauma and related difficulties. 

I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where we can make sense of what you are going through and work together at a pace that feels right for you. 

 

My approach is practical and evidence-based, helping you develop tools and strategies that can support change both during and beyond therapy. I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing me to tailor therapy to your individual needs.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing is a powerful evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from traumatic memories. By utilizing bilateral stimulation, we help your brain reprocess past events, reducing their emotional impact.

Specialised therapy for individuals living with chronic health conditions. We address the psychological impact of long-term physical illness, helping you adjust, manage symptoms, and improve your overall quality of life through cognitive strategies.

Mindfulness

Incorporating mindfulness techniques to help you cultivate present-moment awareness. This practice helps reduce stress and improve emotional regulation, allowing you to respond to life's challenges with more clarity and calm.

Perinatal and Postnatal Care

Support for parents during and after pregnancy. I provide evidence-based strategies to manage anxiety, low mood, and the adjustment to parenthood, prioritising the well-being of both parent and child in a safe environment.
