Welcome to Your Therapy Journey
Welcome. If you're here, you may be thinking about reaching out for support.
I know that taking the first step can feel difficult. My aim is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you make sense of what your experiencing and move towards positive change.

Hi, I'm Hardeep
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or held back by past experiences? You're not alone.
I'm a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 10 years of clinical experience helping adults overcome anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, and trauma.
Using CBT and EMDR, I offer practical, evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with worry, self-doubt, low mood, difficult memories, or patterns that no longer serve you, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck and identify effective ways to move forward.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you create lasting change. Alongside gaining a deeper understanding of your difficulties, you'll develop practical tools and strategies to help you manage challenges, build resilience, and feel more confident in everyday life.
You don't have to face things alone. Change is possible, and I'm here to help you take that first step.

Ways I Help
Initial Assessment
A structured, goal-oriented approach focusing on understanding your difficulties and working together towards meaningful change.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a highly effective treatment for common mental health problems. We focus on identifying patterns of thinking and behaving that may be maintaining your difficulties and work towards positive change.
Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing is a powerful evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from traumatic memories. By utilising bilateral stimulation, we help your brain reprocess past events, reducing their emotional impact.
Mindfulness
Incorporating mindfulness techniques to help you cultivate present-moment awareness. This practice helps reduce stress and improve emotional regulation, allowing you to respond to life's challenges with more clarity and calm.
CBT for Health Conditions
Specialised therapy for individuals living with chronic health conditions. We address the psychological impact of long-term physical illness, helping you adjust, manage symptoms, and improve your overall quality of life through cognitive strategies.
Perinatal and Postnatal Care
Support for parents during and after pregnancy. I provide evidence-based strategies to manage anxiety, low mood, and the adjustment to parenthood.
